NutriSystem Check-in: 27 October

The food is increasingly more appetizing to me as time goes on. (I think that an adjustment was expected). I have a few "beans" I enjoy between received food selections, but is pretty hit or miss. I believe that my least favorite foods are breakfasts. I ordered a series of bars for lunch, so it is fairly standard in the measurement of meal replacement bars go (we cannot expect a candy bar!). Other lunches and dinners are about 50-50 for me, either as "passable" either but there are a couple would eat by choice if it was not yet in the plan, i.e. vegetarian chili.

Some body builders can attest that weight training and protein diet lowers their appetite. As such, they don't crave for food as much as they used to. And this is important in losing weight. The lesser the instances of hunger, the lesser food you eat. The lesser food you eat, the faster you lose weight.
