The Muscle Gain Diet - For Skinny People, This Type of Diet is a Must If You Want to Gain Weight

A muscle gain diet that can help you gain muscle is generally much different from those that are a "healthy" choice for any individual. Following the normal American diet for fat loss will hamper you gains in the gym, regardless how long you have trained for. After a few small changes to your normal diet for losing weight, we can start building on that foundation.
It is generally knowledge that diets that contain meats and various sources of nutrients such as complex carbohydrates, low glycemic fruits, dark green vegetables all can help facilitate the muscle building process. During this phase of lifting, it is important to note you may gain a few pounds in fat due to the surplus of calories at each meal. Some will be fat, some water and then muscle tissue. This process is called bulking up.
A bodybuilder's muscle gain diet contains quite a bit more protein than other regular diets designed just to keep you fit. But when you are trying to build muscle, you want to eat a surplus of calories. Remember, you can't look like a beast while eating like a bird. Your body needs fuel to grow. Do not worry about excess fat gain as long as you are exercising correctly, this will help burn off any calories that would normally be stored as fat.
The most important macronutrient for a bodybuilder is protein. Protein can be found in all sources of meat. Beans also contain protein, but it is an incomplete protein, meaning it does not contain the full chain of amino acids to act as a protein in the body. To make beans a complete protein, add rice and you will have a balanced meal full of carbohydrates, protein and low amounts of fat, or you can use fat free beans! Muscle gain diets are not as difficult to follow as you may think.
